Lynxspring Innovation and Engagement Center Director Jim Ryan came to Lynxspring from Tridium and the United States Air Force (USAF).

In his previous position with Tridium, Ryan led fundamental management practices for hardware and software groups and ensured that development teams had the support they needed. In the USAF, he ensured the continuity of a vital intelligence mission while taking care of those engaged in the mission, as well as their families back home. He has a career-long passion for training and helping others develop skills needed in the workplace. Ryan was drawn to Lynxspring’s small company size and potential for large growth, which meant the opportunity to help guide and shape that growth. He is looking forward to the progress the company is projected to make in the coming years and hopes to help create a customer experience that becomes the gold standard for the industry and the tools to ensure that customers can be more successful than ever.
